Corporate Yoga

Dedicated to bringing wellness to the work environment

Betsy O'Connell, the owner of Trinity Wellness Emporium, worked in the corporate environment for over 20 years in the technology industry for some of the Top 100 banks in the industry.  She understands the toll a high stress career can have on the body.  Although it has it's rewards, the stress of workloads, projects, deadlines and the anxiety around all of it can be daunting on the body.

Corporate employees deserve the opportunity to reduce stress, tension and become more physically fit. It is a busy and hectic world we live in today, with increasing demands on both employers and employees.  We work long hours, often hunched over our computers and laptops, glued to our phones, attending back to back meetings, skipping meals or grabbing local fast food and rarely leaving our workspace for a break.  These work habits take their toll on our bodies and minds in the form of stress, anxiety, tension and sickness.  It is true that a mild amount of stress can help us meet deadlines, but it is also true that too much stress, or constant stress, can interfere with numerous physical and mental abilities. How we respond to stress can have a significant impact on our total health.  Yoga can help alleviate anxiety and remove stress from the body and mind.
